SPIRITUALLY

Grow closer to God by dedicating a set amount of time to Him every day. OUR PASTORS AND DIRECTORS WILL BE RELEASING DAILY DEVOTIONALS FOR YOU TO USE DURING THIS TIME TO HELP STAY CONNECTED AND GROW CLOSER TO GOD.

physically

staying physically healthy during This season is crucial. Go out for a walk, stream a fitness program, eat good food, all in moderation. being intentional about all health areas will help ensure that we don't abuse our bodies, either with food or exercise, out of fear or frustration.

Philippians 4:6 tells us not to be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. If you feel yourself getting stressed, breathe and pray. Healthy movement, daily, will help you  feel calm, energetic, and able to focus on what is important: worship not worry, prayer not panic. MENTALLY

Take care of your mind and give it the stimulation it needs to stay healthy.  Don’t isolate: talk to friends, read books, and create/stick to a daily schedule.
