WINTER CAMP DETAILS 

Where do I check in and pick up my child?

Check-in will begin at 1:30pm at SeaCoast Grace Church inside the Kids building.
Pick-up will be at approximately 1pm on Sunday, March 15 back at SeaCoast Grace Church.

What will we be doing?

  • God centered chapel times
  • Fun & crazy recreation and night experience
  • Cool crafts

  • And so many more amazing things that we can’t tell you now because then there would be no surprises!

WHY DO WE DO WINTER CAMP?

Throughout history, God has chosen to communicate with people using outdoor settings. Winter Camp gives kids a chance to press pause for one weekend of the school year and focus totally on God away from their normal routine. In this “wilderness” setting, kids will have an opportunity to think about their lives and be able to start shining for Christ.

WHERE IS WINTER CAMP?

We will be taking our 3rd–5th graders to Camp Cedar Crest located in the local mountains right outside of Running Springs, CA. The trip will take around an hour and a half, in fully loaded charter buses (including reclining seats, TVs, and bathrooms). SeaCoast Grace Church designs our own camps, which includes planning Chapel times from start to finish, enlisting and working with the speaker regarding what kids will be learning, and organizing all other program elements: recreation, crafts, evening activities, etc.

CAN MY CHILD BE IN THE SAME CABIN WITH A FRIEND?

You are guaranteed to be in the same cabin with at least one of your buddies that you put down when you register.

IS THERE FINANCIAL AID?

The first step is to guarantee your child[s] spot for camp by registering and paying the non-refundable deposit. Next request the WYWTC form at (This is like a school fundraiser where you go out and get “sponsor’s” like grandparents, teachers, coaches, neighbors and friends to sponsor you by the hour or give you a one-time gift to help you go to camp.)Then you work it off at home or around your neighborhood, church etc.
*Please note there is NO WYWTC available if camp is less than two weeks away.

LEADER LOVIN' // CAN I SEND SNACKS AND TREATS FOR THE CAMP COUNSELORS/LEADERS?

We would love to provide some snacks for our wonderful volunteer leaders/counselors to help keep them energized while they minister to your kids all weekend long! Please consider donating some of their favorite snacks (individually wrapped packs):

  • Oreos / Cookies
  • Granola Bars
  • Pretzels
  • Cheez-Its
  • Goldfish
  • Sodas: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Dr. Pepper & Root Beer
  • Water Bottles

Just drop the treats at any of our weekend services with a note on it that says “for Winter Camp” before March 13, 2026.
