KIDS MINISTRY

Our Nursery (under 3 years) is strategically designed to give you peace of mind when entrusting your child in our care. While you enjoy service, it is our goal to provide personal care in a safe and nurturing environment specific to your child's needs. Rooms will be grouped according to your child’s developmental milestones to ensure each child receives specialized love and attention. Our Nursery is located next to our Main Auditorium. When dropping off your Baby or Crawler enter the Main Lobby to access; when dropping off your Toddler, enter using the door from the courtyard.

Preschool (age 3 & potty trained to 5/TK) is the foundational season of your little’s spiritual development. While at SCG KIDS Preschool, your child will engage in worship, hear a fun and lively Bible message from Timmy Bowties & Topher the Gopher, participate in age appropriate crafts and interact with dedicated volunteers. Classrooms are grouped by age and developmental milestones. We want our Preschoolers to live life knowing and believing—never doubting—that they are loved by the greatest love, and nothing will ever change that! After all, this is what they were made for—they were made for His love. We do this by sharing the Bible focusing on their natural sense of WONDER.

Kindergarten and first grade is a big transitional stage for your child’s life. In the SCG KIDS K/1 Theater we engage in fun worship and learn bible stories told through skits and video. After the lesson, kindergarteners and first graders split up in separate classrooms to participate in small groups led by dedicated volunteers that are appropriate for each age level with fun crafts and exciting games. The SCG KIDS in the K/1 Theater also engage in creative challenges to memorize scripture and apply what they have learned at home. We want the kids in K/1 to have a fun and engaging environment to grow their faith, learn more about the true gospel, and have a personal relationship with the Lord.

Second and third grade is such an exciting age. In the SCG KIDS, 2/3 Theater we engage in fun worship and learn bible stories told through skits and video. One of the great things about second and third grades is that they are becoming more independent and like to be challenged in their thinking. One of the ways we do this is through small groups. After the lesson, the students split into groups which are led by our faithful and dedicated volunteers. In their small groups the leaders provide further instruction from the bible lesson with fun crafts, exciting games, as well as discussion questions at their appropriate age level. The SCG KIDS in the 2/3 Theater also engage in creative challenges to memorize scripture and apply what they have learned at home. We want to offer a fun and engaging environment for our 2/3 kids. We strive to help them grow their faith, learn more about the Bible, have a personal relationship with the Lord, and to love God, and love others.

Fourth and Fifth grade is the final step for your children before they reach our youth program here at SeaCoast Grace Church. In the SCG KIDS 4/5 Theater we engage in a fun and interactive environment with worship, bible stories, and small groups. We strive to help your kids lay a solid foundation in knowing their Bible and understanding more about Jesus. That way when they get into middle school they will be walking away with an understanding of who Jesus is. A key factor is our small groups which are led by dedicated volunteers that help your children with any questions that they may have. We want the kids in 4/5 to have a fun environment where they can be engaged in growing their faith, knowledge about their Bible, and in their relationship with Jesus.

Champions Club is a program for children/adults with special needs. Our rooms are created to meet the spiritual, developmental, mental and physical needs of each child/adult. We provide a specialized program that meets the unique needs of every Champion. Champions Club meets Sundays at 10:45 AM. Each Champion will have a one-to-one volunteer who will assist them through each service while at Champions Club.
