Become the Man You're Meant to Be
Join the men of SCG for a weekend in the local mountains at Forest Home Christian Camp!
Do you feel the pull to step up, to rise to the challenges of life, and become a beacon for those around you? We all do. But in today's world, finding the path toward true strength is anything but easy.
That's why we invite you to a weekend unlike any other. On April 10-12, we will journey to a beautiful mountain Retreat Center. There, away from the rush of daily life, we will discover together what it means to follow Jesus while living in community.
This retreat is about more than just Bible studies. It's about:
- Discipleship/Brotherhood: Building genuine connections with other men on the same journey of following Jesus.
- Adventure: Ziplining, a ropes course, hiking, sports, and the sheer joy of being in nature.
- Recharge: Delicious meals, relaxation, and time to reset in a beautiful, serene, environment. Do as much or as little as you like.
Here's what's included:
- Two nights of accommodations in cabins with bathrooms, showers, and power in each unit. Housing will have a mixture of single bed and bunk bed configurations. Bedding and linens are included (no sleeping bags required). Our group will be staying in the Forest Center Area (Downtown Forest Home).
- Five delicious meals included.
- Four teaching sessions followed by small discussion groups.
- Free time on Saturday afternoon.
- All of the activities mentioned above.
Logistics: The camp is located near Forest Falls. Drive up on Friday afternoon with your buddies. Check-in time is 5 pm. Dinner will be served around 6 pm. More details will be provided prior to the event.
