Seacoast Grace Church · Cypress, CA
We believe Jesus transforms lives · That transformation changes how we live · And because of that change, He sends us out to make a difference in the world
Weekend Experience
The first person someone meets at SCG might be the reason they come back, and you'd be the one building and shepherding the team that makes that happen. As our Director of First Impressions, you'll develop servant leaders across every touchpoint of the weekend experience, investing in volunteers and team leads as people, not just managing them as a workforce. If you love people and want to lead the team that opens the door to Jesus for them, we'd love to meet you.
Community Life
If you love building things that last — teams, systems, ministries, leaders — this role was made for you. You'll oversee the classes and life-stage environments where people stop attending and start Living Differently, investing in the leaders who invest in the congregation.
Operations
Every weekend, hundreds of people walk onto the SCG campus looking for something — and the environment they walk into either opens that door or closes it. As our Facilities Director, you'll make sure that door is always wide open. This is behind-the-scenes ministry at the highest level.
Youth Ministries
High school is the season when "Does Jesus change things for me?" gets asked for the very first time — and the answer you help shape will stay with your students for life. You'll lead teaching, discipleship, student leadership, and community for our High School Ministry.
Youth Ministries
Middle schoolers are the most curious, most impressionable, and most underestimated people in the church — and they deserve a pastor who takes them seriously. You'll lead a ministry where 6th, 7th, and 8th graders feel known, ask real questions, and discover what it means to Live Differently.
SCG Kids
The faith foundations built in kindergarten and first grade are ones kids carry for life — and you'd be the one building them. You'll create a high-energy, creative environment where 5- and 6-year-olds encounter Jesus in ways that are age-appropriate, genuinely fun, and spiritually formative.
SCG Kids
Second and third graders are starting to ask real questions about faith — and they deserve a leader who meets those questions with creativity, depth, and genuine love. This is a full-ownership ministry role for someone who understands that the seeds planted in these years grow into a lifetime of Living Differently.
SCG Kids
The nursery is where a family's trust in SCG begins — and you'd be the one earning it. You'll build a safe, warm, and joyful environment for our youngest kids, leading the volunteers and systems that give parents the confidence to fully engage in worship knowing their child is loved well.
