First Impressions Director/Pastor

Full Time Director — Salary: $40,000–$60,000 annually
Pastor — Salary: $70,000–$100,000 annually

Help guests feel seen, find their way, and take a next step following Jesus. Lead the teams and environments that make SCG’s weekend services and special events welcoming for first-time guests and regular attenders.

Develop team leads who recruit, equip, and care for volunteers, making serving a natural expression of discipleship. Bring a warm presence and dependable follow-through. A pastoral appointment also includes SCG’s pastoral spiritual leadership and shepherding expectations.

Community Life

Director of Community Life Ministries

Full Time $40,000–$60,000 / yr

Help people build relationships, find support for everyday life, and take steps into discipleship. As SCG’s Director of Community Life Ministries, you’ll oversee classes and lifestage ministries, develop their leaders, and help launch ministries that meet real needs in the church.

We’re looking for a ministry leader who can turn vision into practical plans while investing in people. Whether you’re coaching a volunteer leader, preparing a new class, or connecting with someone at a weekend service, your work will help people find and take their next step following Jesus.

Director of Discipleship

Full Time $40,000 – $60,000 / yr

Help people find community and take their next step following Jesus. As SCG’s Director of Discipleship, you’ll lead Discipleship Groups and the ministries that help people connect, be baptized, and grow into leadership. Your work will equip the people who make these next steps personal and accessible.

We’re looking for a ministry leader who develops others, follows through on details, and brings a pastoral presence to everyday conversations. You’ll work with the Community Life and Care teams to strengthen the discipleship ministry and help people Live Differently together.

Youth Ministries

High School Ministry Associate Pastor

Full Time $60,000 – $80,000 / yr

Help high school students encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and put that faith into action. As SCG’s High School Ministry Associate Pastor, you’ll lead a relational ministry for students in grades 9–12, shaping weekly gatherings, small groups, and experiences that help students take their next step following Jesus.

This role is for a pastoral leader who loves students, communicates Scripture clearly, and develops people. You’ll equip adult volunteers and student leaders, partner with parents, and align the ministry with SCG’s Next Generation strategy and discipleship pathway: Jesus Changes Everything, Live Differently, and Send It.

SCG Kids

2nd & 3rd Grade Director

Full Time $40,000 – $60,000 / yr

Help children connect what they learn about Jesus with how they live. As SCG’s 2nd & 3rd Grade Director, you’ll lead the 2/3 ministry environment, equip volunteers, and guide second and third graders through weekly teaching, worship, and meaningful next steps in faith.

You enjoy teaching children and building a prepared volunteer team. You can make biblical truth clear, respond thoughtfully to families, and help children feel supported as they move between stages of SCG KIDS.

SCG Kids

Kindergarten & 1st Grade Director

Full Time $40,000 – $60,000 / yr

Help young children begin building a faith they can understand and live out. As SCG’s Kindergarten & 1st Grade Director, you’ll lead the K/1 ministry environment, guide volunteers, and shape weekly experiences that help kindergarteners and first graders learn about Jesus.

You bring energy to a room of young children and care to the preparation behind it. You can translate biblical truth into age-appropriate teaching, support volunteers, and work with families as children grow into the next stage of ministry.
