ROOTED

We joined Rooted in 2019 and went on to complete Rooted 2.0 in 2020. What a blessing it was to stay connected through the COVID craziness! Through Rooted, we learned to let go of the limits we had on God and trust Him to use us as a couple wherever He guided us. We've met some amazing couples in our life stage, mentored some younger, and have gone through some tough things as a group; all together in love and prayer.

Rooted is a major highlight of attending SeaCoast Grace Church. Attending a big church can be intimidating. Rooted helped immensely. Whether you still had questions about your faith or were wanting to dive deeper in your faith, you quickly realize, you're not alone!

Rooted was an eye opening experience for us as a couple. It allowed us to grow in our relationship with Christ and each other. We began tithing and becoming consistent volunteers after rooted 1.0. We still meet with a group of people from our first rooted group that have become like family to us. Rooted made SeaCoast our home!

I have had a unique opportunity because of Rooted. I began serving at Lydia House and the Long Beach Rescue Mission through SCG many years ago, but with Rooted I have been able to take Women's, Men's and Couples' groups there with me; meeting people from other groups and seeing them serve others in a kind, loving and generous way has been one of my favorite things to do.
