The Sanctuary Course is a nine-week journey that helps you understand mental health through a compassionate, faith-rooted lens, giving you space to breathe, learn, and not feel so alone. Each week tackles real-life topics—stigma, recovery, companionship, and self-care—with voices from professionals and people who’ve actually lived it. The Sanctuary Course is for anyone who wants to learn about faith and mental health. This includes individuals with questions, those supporting loved ones, and individuals experiencing mental health challenges themselves. It requires no previous training or expertise—just a desire to make sense of what you or someone you love is walking through. It offers a safe place to talk honestly and find support that’s both practical and hopeful. Come join a community that’s learning how to navigate mental health with grace, honesty, and connection.
