Hume Ponderosa, located in Hume Lake, California, is the original camp location for Hume camps. One of the many things we love about Hume Lake is the opportunity for your student to get away from the distractions of the world around them and experience the amazing opportunities that camp has to offer.
When students attend camp, they will hear the Gospel preached, be challenged through scripture, engage in authentic worship, and grow in their relationship with God. They will also be given the opportunity to bond with their SCG youth community through fun activities such as competitive and fun recreation, running the Gauntlet, doing the Bike Jump, and dominating in Kajabe Kan Kan, enjoying the lake and other super fun camp activities.
