This class will explore some basics of Bible study, and will prepare you to study any book of the Bible with simple, practical tools for reading and understanding Scripture.
This class will review the history in the book of Genesis from chapters 1–24, and then continue studying the unfolding of God's promise to Abraham in chapters 25-50, that ultimately points to Jesus and His fulfillment of both promise and prophecy. We will also focus on how the Nation of Israel began, and how they ended up in Egypt through the stories of Jacob, Joseph, and the sons of Israel.
